Goals:

To have all DJs, both AM and FM, trained on their respective boards.
To periodically test DJs for technical knowledge of the equipment used in radio broadcast.
To create a reference guide for DJs that will help them solve basic problems with their on-air broadcast.
To prepare any AM DJs for the jump to being an FM DJ.

Grading:

Various assignments, including training DJs, helping with the reference guide, etc., will be assigned and given a date to complete by. Training of on-air DJs is time sensitive and requires that the student be on time to help. All other assignments will have a more lenient time frame. Attending all meetings and completing all assignments will ensure a 4. Missing meetings and not completing assignments without an e-mail explanation will result in a lowering of the grade.
