What is up:

Students will gather and report a variety of news at least once a day, between 11am and 4pm. (Times may vary)
Please Show up at the station preferably 15-20 min before your scheduled newscast.
The news will include highlights from national, international, local or state, business, entertainment, and most importantly York College stories.
You will also be responsible for the weather forecast during your news broadcast.
All news reports that are broadcasted must be typed or hand written and turned in after you present your broadcast and put in my mailbox.
The newscast should be at lest ten minutes long.
Students can obtain their news stories from the internet (CNN, FOX News, etc.) or from the A.P. news line which is in the station.
Students will be professional when reporting the news and will not use profanity, slander, or opinions.
If you know you cannot make your time you must tell your partner and me way ahead of time so we can cover you.
Everybody is required to complete four community service hours by the end of the semester.
